Operational Advice, Project Design, Management & Implementation

As an Organizational Development and Training Consultant with Training Resources Group, Inc. (2018–present), Mr. Cambridge has designed and facilitated leadership development, team effectiveness, and change management programs for the World Bank Group (International Finance Corporation (IFC), Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD)), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), including programs delivered specifically in fragile and conflict-affected settings. He has also designed and facilitated international exchange seminars and leadership retreats for the U.S. Forest Service International Programs, led a team of adult learning specialists delivering trainings, webinars, podcasts, and distance learning courses to large government and multilateral clients, and managed program budgets, level of effort, and learning outcome tracking across a multi-client training portfolio.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Manages learning-outcome tracking across multi-year training portfolios for government and multilateral clients, and previously co-designed the U.S. Institute of Peace's online learning platform, building and delivering 24 online courses and producing a 68-episode podcast series with embedded audience engagement and evaluation.

Fragility, Conflict, and Violence (FCV) Country Experience

Between 2021 and 2026, Mr. Cambridge co-designed and delivered the World Bank Group's Fragility, Conflict, and Violence Leadership Program (FCV-LP) and FCV Effectiveness Program (FCV-EP) for Bank staff working in fragile-context operations, with sessions delivered in Zagreb (Croatia), Johannesburg (South Africa), Vienna (Austria), Bangkok (Thailand), Washington, D.C., Marrakech (Morocco), Istanbul (Turkey), and Nairobi (Kenya), as well as virtually. He also co-designed and delivered the WBG's Team Leaders' and Supervisors' Program (TLSP) across many of the same locations, and IMF's Managing Effective Missions training. This gives OMGI a training-delivery specialist whose direct programmatic focus is equipping WBG staff for FCV-designated operating environments.

Trust Funds

Mr. Cambridge's recent (2021–2026) practice and his contribution to OMGI includes the design and delivery of the WBG "Team Leader and Supervisor Learning Program" (TLSP) and the "Fragility, Conflict & Violence Program," and the IMF's "Managing Effective Missions" learning program. Participants in all of these deliveries work on and manage WBG-administered Trust Funds.

Current engagements with the World Bank Group (IFC, MIGA, IBRD), the International Monetary Fund, and USAID; prior roles with the International Center on Nonviolent Conflict, the U.S. Institute of Peace, the U.S. Forest Service Office of International Programs and Trade, and the Forest Service International Foundation.
